We are currently seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our growing team.

Position: Carpenter Foreman

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Accommodation and Transportation: Provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of carpentry and joinery teams.
• Read and interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure precision and quality in all joinery and furniture works.
• Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and ensure adherence to luxury standards.
• Maintain safety standards and oversee proper use of tools and materials.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and production supervisors to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman in a luxury joinery or furniture manufacturing company.
• Strong technical knowledge in high-end joinery, veneering, polishing, and solid wood works.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled carpenters and finishers.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
