Carpenter Foreman

• Supervise and lead carpenters, helpers, and laborers on job sites.
• Read, interpret, and communicate blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Plan daily tasks, assign work, and monitor crew performance.
• Oversee rough carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, formwork, and installations.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with applicable codes and specs.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA/jobsite safety rules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Troubleshoot site issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment; assist with ordering and inventory.
• Complete daily reports, time sheets, and project documentation.
