Carpenter - Framer / Floor System Construction

JOB SUMMARY

This carpentry position works as a team member framing building structures, inside our facility.

JOB HOURS

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Overtime available

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Frame new construction homes and buildings including but not limited to the building of floors, walls, setting walls, and building frames.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS

• Carpenter framing job experience.
• Knowledge in operating hand & power tools required to perform job duties, including air nailers & power saws.
• Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math.
• Skill in lifting and moving materials, 60+ lbs.
• Ability to be on feet continuously throughout the day.
• Work as a team member.
• Ability to climb a ladder.
• Knowledge of basic safety rules.

Minimum Qualifications: Framer carpentry experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
