Job Description – Carpenter

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, installation, and maintenance of wooden doors, cabinets, shelves, and furniture.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood materials as required.
• Fix hinges, locks, handles, and other fittings.
• Measure materials accurately before cutting.
• Repair damaged wood items at sites or in the workshop.
• Follow safety procedures and keep tools in good condition.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of carpentry tools and machinery.
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
• Good finishing skills.

Job Description – Painter

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching holes) before painting.
• Mix and apply paint, primer, varnish, and other finishes.
• Perform wall painting, spray painting, and touch-up work.
• Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures before painting.
• Ensure smooth and clean finishing.
• Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of different paints and application techniques.
• Ability to match and mix colors.
• Good attention to detail.

Job Description – Mason

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain walls, floors, tiles, and concrete structures.
• Install and repair tiles, blockwork, and plastering.
• Mix cement, sand, and other materials as required.
• Fix cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces.
• Ensure level and straight finishing using tools (spirit level, trowel, etc.).
• Follow site safety and housekeeping practices.

Skills Required:

• Experience with tile installation, blockwork, plaster, and concrete.
• Ability to measure and cut tiles accurately.
• Good physical strength and stamina.

Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
