About the roleAs our Case Manager you will provide critical support to vulnerable families helping them keep their children safely at home. You will conduct initial assessments of each family's strengths and needs, develop case plans that empower them to create lasting change, strengthen their resilience to reduce the risk of significant harm, and connect them with appropriate services and networks.
Our Family Preservation program delivers targeted, voluntary child protection services to families with children who are at high risk of entering or escalating within the statutory child protection system. The program aims to reduce risks and strengthen families to reduce the number of children entering Out of Home Care.
