Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of cash register systems or POS software
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon entry
• Answer questions about products or services
• Calculate prices using calculators or cash registers
• Process payments via cash, credit card, or electronic methods
• Balance cash at the end of each shift
• Assist with returns, refunds, or complaints professionally
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise availability
• Monitor customer traffic to ensure prompt service
• Follow security procedures when handling money and sensitive info
