Job Description:

We are looking for a Cashier – Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day cash transactions and basic accounting activities at our Chalakudy branch. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash collections and deposits.
• Maintain petty cash and prepare daily cash reports.
• Issue receipts and manage billing for sales and service transactions.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment and reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy in financial entries and timely recording of transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports.
• Handle customer payments (cash, cheque, digital) securely and efficiently.
• Support internal audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 0–2 years in accounting or cashier role (automobile sector preferred).
• Skills:
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally or similar accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
