- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Scan, process, and itemize customer purchases accurately.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other modes of transactions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchange items as per company policy.
- Maintain cash register balance at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling and security.
- Assist in tagging, stocking, and arranging merchandise when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety
