CASUALITY INCHARGE (NURSE)

• Oversee and coordinate all nursing and patient care activities in the Emergency Department ensuring compliance with NABH standards.
• Supervise and guide ER nursing staff, allocate duties, and ensure adequate staffing during all shifts.
• Monitor patient triage, admission, stabilization, and transfer protocols to ensure timely and quality care.
• Ensure proper implementation of infection control practices, biomedical waste segregation, and emergency preparedness protocols.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all ER cases, incidents, and reports as per NABH and hospital policy.
• Coordinate with doctors, lab, radiology, ICU, and other departments for smooth patient management and referrals.
• Conduct regular training, mock drills, and competency assessments for ER staff on BLS, ACLS, and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of all emergency equipment, crash carts, and essential drugs at all times.
• Handle patient complaints, grievances, and escalations promptly, maintaining patient satisfaction and safety standards.
• Participate in audits, quality indicator monitoring, and continuous quality improvement initiatives as per NABH requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
