Your Role Manage & Own Marketplace Sale Playbook : Define and execute end-to-end strategies for Product Level Ads and organic sales Retention Management : Manage Whatsapp & email ma rketing strategies for an ancillary push on performance Drive Experiments : Set up and run A/B tests across website, ads, email/SMS to improve conversion, engagement, and retention Community Growth Strategy : Build scalable partnerships with brand advocates who amplify the Cove & Lane lifestyle Data & Analytics : Track, report, and analyze performance across channels. Translate data into insights and insights into action Lifecycle Marketing : Own CRM, email, and loyalty/referral programs to maximize customer retention and repeat purchase rate Cross - Functional Collaboration : Work closely with founders, product, and creative teams to align growth priorities with brand storytelling and launches. Requirements 3+ years e xperience working on marketplace platforms ( Myntra, Ajio, Amazon ) A founder-like mindset: resourceful, data -driven, always brand -first A balance of analytical rigor and creative instincts - you know how to make numbers move without diluting brand equity Comfort with fast-paced, high -growth environments where priorities shift and experimentation never stops Good to h ave A proven track record in performance marketing, CAC optimization, and funnel scaling . Fluency with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta/Google Ads Manager, and attribution tools
