Job Description

  • Through a customer-oriented approach, leading day-to-day business relationship with the key suppliers through supporting activities including contracting, ordering, communication of demand, volume, delivery time changes, issue resolution, follow up back orders ,
  • Conducting market research on regular basis to analyze latest supplier, product and competitor trends ,
  • Deciding product assortment in line with trends and customer expectations ,
  • Preparing monthly reports about category operations to review sales performance analysis and take necessary actions ,
  • Providing communication and coordination between the category and the stores ,
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics Departments to achieve category targets,

Qualifications

  • University degree in related departments ,
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in related areas,
  • Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment that requires extensive multi-tasking and multiple deadlines,
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and collaborate in a creative, team-oriented environment,
  • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects,
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for a sustainable and powerful relationship with customers,
  • Demonstrating a startup mindset, quickly adapting to change, and possessing an innovative perspective,
  • Being food lover and interested in Gastronomy.


Additional Information


Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. We're working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
