Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end performance and growth of assigned program categories.

● Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs to optimize category strategy.

● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive enrollment and revenue targets.

● Develop pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies for assigned categories.

● Track and report category KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.

● Build relationships with university partners and manage operational execution.

● Identify opportunities for new programs and content enhancements within the category.


Requirements

● 8–15 years of experience in EdTech, higher education, or related sectors.

● Strong understanding of program management, revenue planning, and category strategy.

● Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.

● Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
