<li>FMCG experience a MUST</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Graduate – Preferred MBA in Marketing and Finance</li>
<li>Sales Knowledge is preferable</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Good knowledge of reporting systems</li>
<li>Responsible for brands handed over to the concerned</li>
<li>Responsible for achieving budgets in terms of Revenue and Profitability</li>
<li>In Market Execution follow up – Sales, Distribution, In Store Visibility , POSMs implementation.</li>
<li>Forecasting, Costing and Budgeting of handed over brands.</li>
<li>Responsible for the stocks – Forecasting in line to prevent expiry threat and maintain approved DIO</li>
<li>Supplier Communication and coordination</li>
<li>Fixing budgets with supplier for fiscal year planning</li>
<li>Promo Costing, Planning and follow up on execution.</li>
<li>Data analysis to suggest corrective action to sales team</li>
<li>Aligned to work on NPDs</li>
<li>Strategize promotional activities on ATL and BTL</li>
<li>Analyze the pricing structure of a brand</li>
