We’re Hiring – Category Manager (Perfume Category)

Position: Category Manager

Experience Required: 3+ years (Preferably in Fragrance/Beauty Industry)

Age Range: 25 – 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

Create sales growth plans for the perfume category

Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper display & visual merchandising

Gather customer feedback through store teams to improve assortment and layout

Develop training modules for perfume knowledge, selling & upselling techniques

Conduct monthly trainings for store staff

Define & recruit required manpower for perfume category across stores

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field (Master’s will be a plus)

3+ years of relevant category management experience

Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

Knowledge of market research tools
