Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Dubai, is for a Head of Catering. The Head of Catering will be responsible for overseeing all catering activities, ensuring food safety standards are met, managing customer service, and directing food and beverage operations. Additionally,the role is responsible for driving sales and business growth across both B2B and B2C segments. This role combines strategic business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure seamless execution of catering services and events. The candidate should be a proactive, dynamic leader with a strong commercial mindset, passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

-Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth through active B2B and B2C sales.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and private segments.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

-Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and event agencies.
  • Handle negotiations, correspondence, and follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication before, during, and after each event.

-Event Coordination & Execution

  • Oversee organization and administration of on-site and off-site events.
  • Coordinate technical and operational details with internal departments (kitchen, logistics, design, etc.).
  • Supervise guest management and client experience during events.

-Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with chefs, event managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve sales and service excellence.

-Financial Management

  • Prepare financial and performance reports.
  • Control budgets and optimize profitability per event.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (C1–C2)  – written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Preferred English and Russian/or Arabic speaking.
  • Proven  B2B and B2C sales experience  in catering, hospitality and /or events.
  • Skilled in  sales negotiations and business correspondence .
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Creative mindset with a focus on delivering  memorable experiences , especially in the family and children’s event segment.
  • Awareness of  trends in the kids’ and lifestyle event industry .
  • Open-minded, proactive, and adaptable  in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong  sense of style , taste, and attention to detail.
  • Capable of  building long-term relationships  and maintaining client loyalty.

Employment Type:  Full-time

Compensation:  From AED 15,000/month + KPI-based bonus

Schedule:  5 days on, 2 days off
