Job Description:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator with 2–3 years of experience in monitoring and managing security surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for observing live video feeds, detecting suspicious activities, maintaining surveillance equipment, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage and report unusual or suspicious activities immediately.
• Maintain strict surveillance over designated areas to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Record and review footage as required by management or security personnel.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and daily monitoring records.
• Ensure all CCTV equipment, cameras, and systems are functioning properly.
• Coordinate with the security team during emergencies or incidents.
• Assist in investigations by providing relevant video evidence upon request.
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security-related position.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance software, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to stay alert for long periods and work independently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work full night shifts.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
