CCTV Operator

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing grocery retail chain in Lahore, operating 8 branches and 1 central warehouse with over 150+ staff. To strengthen our security and monitoring operations, we are hiring a CCTV Operator to manage and monitor our full camera network.

Position: CCTV Operator

Location: Lahore (Head Office / Central Monitoring Room)
Duty Hours: 12 Hours
Leaves: 3 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor 120+ CCTV cameras across multiple store branches.
• Ensure all cameras are functioning properly and report any faults immediately.
• Follow company SOPs for security, surveillance, and incident reporting.
• Identify suspicious activities, theft, or operational issues in real time.
• Coordinate with branch teams and security guards when required.
• Maintain daily logs, reporting sheets, and follow escalation procedures.
• Assist with basic CCTV maintenance checks and coordinate with technicians for repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a CCTV operator (retail experience preferred).
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems, camera types, and monitoring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Education: Matric / Intermediate or above.
• Must be reliable, disciplined, and able to follow strict SOPs.
