Job Summary:
The CCTV Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supervising the entire surveillance system of the company. The role includes managing CCTV operators, ensuring proper functioning of all surveillance equipment, effectively using the Video Management System (VMS) for monitoring and investigation, and coordinating with IT and maintenance teams for technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Surveillance & Control Room Management
- Supervise and manage CCTV control room operations on all shifts.
- Ensure continuous and effective monitoring of all cameras installed across factory areas, warehouses, offices, and entry/exit points.
- Assign tasks to CCTV operators and review daily monitoring reports.
- Ensure that all security incidents captured on CCTV are recorded, logged, and reported in a timely manner.
2. VMS (Video Management System) Operations
- Operate and manage the VMS platform (e.g., HikCentral / Milestone / Genetec) for real-time monitoring and video playback.
- Add, configure, and manage new cameras and user access levels in the VMS.
- Retrieve and export video evidence for investigations or management review.
- Monitor system alerts, network disconnections, or camera failures through the VMS dashboard.
3. Security & Incident Response
- Coordinate with security staff to respond to alarms, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
- Provide recorded footage and assist in investigations of accidents, thefts, or policy violations.
- Prepare incident-based video reports and submit findings to the Admin Head.
- Ensure secure handling and archiving of CCTV footage as per company policy.
4. Maintenance & Technical Coordination
- Regularly check camera functionality and image quality across all plant and office locations.
- Coordinate with IT and technical vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance of cameras, DVR/NVRs, and network switches.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and system upgrades.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure that CCTV monitoring adheres to company policies and privacy regulations.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily monitoring, incidents, and system downtime.
- Prepare weekly and monthly CCTV performance reports for management review.
- Keep an updated inventory of all CCTV-related equipment and accessories.
6. Team Supervision & Training
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of CCTV operators.
- Conduct training sessions on VMS usage, surveillance protocols, and emergency response.
- Ensure discipline, confidentiality, and professional behavior within the CCTV control room.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in IT or Cyber Security Management.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in CCTV supervision, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of Video Management Systems (VMS) such as HikCentral, Milestone, or Genetec.
- Good understanding of IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, networking, and power systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred:
- Certification or formal training in VMS administration or CCTV installation.
- Familiarity with factory security procedures and industrial safety standards.
- Experience handling large-scale surveillance networks in multi-location environments.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
