JOB DISCRIPTION

• Work with a partner to provide septic waste service to both residential and commercial clients.
• Services will be Pumping tanks, digging up soil to access lids, install risers, repair existing systems, and other septic related services.
• This is a labor-intensive position. Some septic's require locating and digging up in various soil types.
• This position will work in various climate conditions such as high heat, humidity, rain, and extreme cold.
• Efficiently operate hoses and other equipment to pump out the septic tanks.
• Able to lift up to 50 -75 lbs
• Climb in and out of the commercial truck cab.
• Perform Pre and Post checks of vehicle
• Always keep track of equipment and maintain it in a good clean working order.
• Perform related work and additional duties as requested/ assigned by the supervisor.
• **Ideal candidate is a positive and self motivated individual with common sense. Someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged. Someone eager to work hard and grow with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment. **

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years or over.
• Class B or A Drivers License is required.
• Tanker endorsement will be required for this position. If you do not have it, you will have up to 30 days to obtain it.
• Current DOT physical and card.
• Clean driving record.
• Must agree to pass a background check, driving record, and drug screening.
• Must be physically fit. Able to squat, kneel, stand, and lift for long periods of time on job sites. Climb in and out of the truck cab.
• Must not be afraid to get dirty and perform the job with no complications.
• Great work ethic and attendance.
• Must agree to and pass a background check, driving record, and drug screening. Our techs at times will drive company vehicles.
• 6 months or more experience in any manual labor, wastewater, plumbing, portable toilet, or septic industry preferred.
• Must be able to work in all-weather types.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work every day.
• Must Have a valid Drivers License
• Working between 40-60 hours a week.
• Monday - Friday schedule. Rotating on-call Weekends and Holidays, depending on emergency.
