Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes aligned with healthy food standards.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and develop new menu ideas.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a healthy food concept.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• A passion for healthy cooking and attention to detail.
