Position: Manager – Sales for Back End Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Process & System oriented. To ensure effective functioning of the existing internal processes & systems.

2. Knowledge and exposure in annual budget preparation and monthly sales forecasting.

3. Preparation & Submission of techno commercial offers. And subsequent follow-ups on the submitted offer.

4. Preparing and managing monthly sales plan & production planning (As per market demand).

5. Ensuring achievement of Daily - Monthly Sales & receivables, in stipulated timeline.

6. Experience in guiding & preparation of Monthly / Daily department reports.

7. Strong Knowledge and Experience in Advanced MS Office & ERP Systems.

8. Strong interpersonal skills

Candidature:

1. Strong interpersonal skills

2. Tech-savvy and experience with Excel, word processing and email programs

3. Active listening and good communication skills

4. Proactive approach to problem-solving

5. Ability to multitask

6. Strong time-management and organization skills

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred Commerce / Science)

Experience: 10-15 Years working Experience in Sales & Marketing (Preferred Textile Industry).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
