Job Description Maintain and verify all account cards and prep for scanning and retention
Process new account setup, account closings, and change of address to accounts
Process returned mail, closings, and transfer requests
Setup Debit Master Card and ATM Cards
Sort mail and prep items for scanning
Reconcile and prepare documentation for control account
Process Daily Reports
Assist in training and mentoring department staff
Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the CDE Policy and assigned approval limits
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
