We are hiring a Centre Manager to lead our team at Westfield Helensvale. This key leadership role is all about championing a customer first mindset to drive the centre's success.

As Centre Manager, you'll report directly to the Regional Manager, Centre Experience - QLD, and take full ownership of delivering outstanding operational performance, service excellence, and commercial outcomes. You'll lead a passionate team committed to engaging with customers, retailers, and the local community, leveraging insights from customer feedback tools to inform and evolve the centre's strategic direction.

Whether you're an experienced Centre Manager or a seasoned Retail Manager ready to step into your first centre leadership role, we'd love to hear from you. To thrive in this position, you'll need a strong background in managing shopping centres or large scale venues, with a proven ability to deliver operational excellence and drive commercial growth. You'll oversee the centre's daily operations while inspiring and empowering your team to create exceptional customer experiences.

Your key accountabilities will include:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team at Westfield Helensvale, fostering a culture where team members are well trained, motivated, and empowered to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Drive the financial and commercial success of the centre by achieving strong outcomes across the P&L and capital planning processes.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards for both the internal team and contracted partners.
  • Collaborate with the asset team to align on strategic goals and priorities for the centre.
