🚀 The Role

As CEO / General Manager, you will lead the next chapter of growth and innovation following the merger.

Your mission: build a scalable, tech-enabled service brand that starts in Turkey and expands globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic and cultural integration following the merger

Accelerate digital growth through mobile, web, and subscription channels

Scale franchise, B2B, and partnership models

Build operational excellence and customer experience systems for sustained profitability

Lead international expansion and global growth initiatives

Oversee investor relations, fundraising, and long-term business strategy

Unite technology, operations, and marketing teams under a shared growth vision

🌱 Ideal Profile

Proven experience scaling a tech, service, or e-commerce business

Strong command of digital product growth, customer experience, and operations

Experience managing multi-location or franchise-based operations

Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic management discipline

Fluent in English, comfortable representing the company to global investors and partners

International growth or market expansion experience is a strong plus
