Ceramic & PPF Specialist (Polishing and Detailing)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ceramic Coating and PPF Technician specializing in paint protection film installation, polishing, and vehicle detailing. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in surface preparation, film application, and delivering premium finishing results for the vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-body PPF (Paint Protection Film) installation.
• Apply ceramic coating using proper curing and finishing techniques.
• Conduct machine polishing, paint correction, and surface preparation.
• Inspect vehicles for scratches, swirl marks, and paint defects.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Carry out multi-stage paint correction and polishing.
• Perform complete interior and exterior detailing.
• Conduct pre- and post-job vehicle inspections to ensure top-quality results.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Complete all jobs on time and in line with company quality standards.
• Report material needs or job-related issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in ceramic coating, PPF installation, polishing, and detailing.
• Strong knowledge of automotive paint, surface care, and detailing products.
• Good eyesight, precision, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple vehicles per day.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
