Key responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Fine-tune and implement change management strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Change Impact & Readiness: Evaluate the impact of changes and assess organizational readiness to mitigate risks and resistance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior leaders, managers, and project teams to ensure their active sponsorship and support for change initiatives.
- Communication & Training: Develop and deliver targeted training and communication plans to help employees adapt to new systems and processes smoothly.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address challenges and resistance related to change at the user, process, and technology levels.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of changes post-implementation.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience in leading change management activities within a large organization, preferably in the ITES or energy sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Ability to assess change impact and organizational readiness.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and communication materials.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with IT systems and project management principles is highly beneficial.
- Experience with agile frameworks like "scrum" is desirable.
