RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Kuwait is looking for a Channel Manager to join the team. As a Channel Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Indirect Retail Manager.
Channel Manager role is responsible for managing and executing National Key Account strategies along with managing IQOS brand representatives in petrol convenience, hypermarkets, contracted route and new channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s RRP transformation and achieving PMK's objectives related to IQOS commercialization, product availability, visibility, pricing and trade engagement to enhance awareness of RRPs while growing profitable volume and market share.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Lead, develop and maintain Key Accounts that includes current and new non-traditional accounts to effectively commercialize CC and RRP products in line with Philip Morris Kuwait's transformation vision.

Strategic development of National sales and distribution strategies through developing and proposing Key Accounts’ plans and strategies in line with Marketing campaigns.Develop, negotiate and manage trading term agreements for Key Accounts in line with Philip Morris Kuwait (PMK) marketing strategies and legal direction to ensure a strategic agreement that provides PMK with a competitive platform for growth.

Identify, lead and manage multi-tier relationships with Key Accounts’ clients and associations, including conducting formal quarterly reviews.

Review and drive insights reporting on results in national Key Accounts to measure performance against objectives.

Analyse all results and market trends to identify issues and opportunities in order to contribute to the development of Key Account strategies ensuring continuous performance improvement.

Develop, propose and manage budgets for Key Accounts whilst maintaining consistency with Sales’ strategies, brand plans and all principles and practices to ensure cost effective use of Philip Morris Kuwait financial resources.

Drive efficient and effective communication flow of all information relative to Key Accounts’ direction and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Review and drive insights reporting on all relevant market information, including competitor intelligence, to improve the Company's understanding of trade developments and to provide awareness leading to the development of appropriate strategies

Train and educate IQOS brand representatives who are supporting SFP (Smoke-Free Products) in Key Accounts channel
Who We’re Looking For

University degree from a relevant discipline
-
5-7 years of experience in sales/field roles with minimum 2 years of managerial experience

Candidate must be currently based in Kuwait

Must have a valid Kuwait driving license

Must have a transferable Iqama

Fluent in English (Spoken & Written) , Arabic language is a plus

Strong understanding of Kuwait market and business drivers.

Skilled in interpreting data, reading market trends, and generating actionable insights.
