General Summary and Purpose:

The Channel Marketing Manager will help develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for Victory Capital's Intermediary distribution channel, with a specific focus on National Accounts business development. This role will collaborate closely with marketing teams at key distribution partner firms to implement integrated programs that connect strategic firm initiatives with our marketing efforts to drive sales activity. You will create high-impact marketing campaigns through strategic relationship building and data pack optimization, with a concentrated focus on driving comprehensive ETF growth strategies that maximize market opportunities.

You will report to the Channel Marketing Director.

You will:

  • Serve as primary marketing liaison for National Accounts, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between Victory Capital's strategic objectives and partner needs.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key distribution partners, including wirehouses, broker dealers, and other channels to drive product adoption and deepen partnership engagement.
  • Leverage and optimize distribution partner data packs for marketing initiatives that help grow sales of ETFs and other focus products.
  • Manage and implement marketing programs to increase sales activity across National Accounts channels.
  • Conduct multi-media campaigns; analyze and optimize campaign data.
  • Understand products, industry topics and content development in order to maintain standards put forth by the company and industry.
  • Support product launches and product changes; develop related project plans and client communications.
  • Develop specialized ETF marketing materials and educational content tailored to National Accounts distribution partners.
  • Execute monthly, quarterly and ad hoc product collateral updates.
  • Measure initiatives, track progress and report results to leadership.
  • Coordinate compliance and legal review of marketing deliverables.
  • Other special projects as required.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or channel marketing role
  • Demonstrated success developing marketing programs; asset management or financial services experience is preferred
  • Experience working with intermediary and national accounts distribution partners and financial advisors is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy across deliverables
  • Proven ability to successfully build internal and external business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to set goals, work independently and drive results

Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position is $93,500 - 110,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications. Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance. Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
