About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

We are inviting applications from professionals with dedicated experience in the Vacation Homes real estate segment for the role of Channel Partner (CP) Manager. This position focuses on strengthening our broker ecosystem and accelerating sales growth through strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum experience required specifically within the Vacation Homes industry.
  • Hands-on exposure in managing channel sales / broker networks.
  • Well-connected with active real estate agents and CPs.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation & negotiation capabilities.
  • Result-oriented with a passion for business development.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand a high-performing network of channel partners.
  • Activate CP relationships to generate qualified leads and closures.
  • Conduct onboarding meetings, training sessions & regular follow-ups.
  • Support partners with site visits, presentations, and deal facilitation.
  • Review individual partner productivity and align on monthly targets.

Salary:

Up to ₹12 Lacs per annum (based on experience and performance).
