Job Summary

Darwinbox is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Channel Sales Manager /Director to drive partner-led sales across the MENA. This role will focus exclusively on deal execution and pipeline acceleration through Darwinbox's network of resellers, system integrators, and referral partners. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Channel Director to maximize partner contribution to revenue, ensuring active pursuit of opportunities via our channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through active collaboration with Darwinbox's partner ecosystem.
  • Own sales execution on all deals led by or co-sold with channel partners - including pricing strategy, proposal management, and deal negotiation.
  • Build strong working relationships with reseller sales teams to ensure alignment, mindshare, and activity on qualified leads.
  • Ensure partner leads are registered, tracked, and advanced through Darwinbox's CRM and PRM platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal Pre sales, Legal, and Commercial teams to fast track partner led opportunities through the quote to close cycle.
  • Track and report weekly on partner led deal stages, win rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Conduct regular joint pipeline reviews with key partners to ensure forecast accuracy and execution cadence.
  • Support regional campaigns and events by partners to drive demand generation and Partner qualified leads (PQLs).
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or channel sales, preferably in HCM, ERP, or related platforms. At least 5 years of experience driving sales across the Middle East, while being based in the region.
  • Hands on experience managing reseller relationships and channel sales cycles from qualification to closure.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to negotiate and structure win win deals.
  • Familiarity with partner led sales motions such as deal registration, reseller margins and lead sharing models.
