We are partnering with a leading EdTech, E-Learning and SaaS LMS platform that are hiring for one of the early GTM hires in the Middle East to build and develop the Channel/Partner eco-system in region.
This person will drive partner performance, revenue growth, and exceptional customer experience across the region. This role is ideal for a commercially driven channel professional with strong partner management and consultative sales skills.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategy with regional partners, enabling their success, driving pipeline and revenue, and protecting a premium global brand in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities with assigned channel partners

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting via CRM (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Execute joint partner business plans and go-to-market strategies

Conduct partner meetings, joint customer calls, and support deal closure

Enable partners through product, sales, and process training

Coordinate partner access to Sales Engineering, Marketing, and technical resources

Manage escalations related to pricing, SLAs, and commercial issues

Drive regional promotions, programs, and partner initiatives

Support local events, webinars, and exhibitions

Maintain accurate partner and product information online

Support the creation of partner sales collateral and enablement materials

Travel regularly across the Middle East as required
Requirements

4+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management

Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or Enterprise Technology preferred

Strong understanding of the LMS / Education Technology marketplace

Proven track record of building and growing partner relationships

Commercial acumen with understanding of financial metrics

Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results driven

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft/Google productivity tools
