If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
-
5 + years of experience in RPA, intelligent automation, or software development
-
Strong Python development skills with proven experience in building automation scripts, APIs, or frameworks
-
Hands-on experience with any RPA platform (e.g., Automation Anywhere, SAIO, UiPath, etc.)
-
Experience designing automation architectures that are scalable, reliable, and secure
-
Understanding of AI-powered automation, agentic AI concepts and agentic AI frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar) is a plus
-
Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering complex automation projects is a plus
-
Advanced English to manage collaborations with international stakeholders
-
Preferably experience in banking, finance, or large-scale enterprise automation programs

Lead and mentor min. 3-4 person in Robotics Team with diverse technical and automation expertise (35 % of overall mandate)

Manage stakeholder relationships across business units, IT, and risk management to align automation goals (10 %)

Oversee design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy (15%)
-
Drive innovation by exploring and integrating agentic AI automation and next-gen orchestration tools (10%)
-
Ensure operational excellence through standardization, documentation, and governance of automation assets (10%)
-
Scale automation platforms and reusable components to accelerate enterprise-wide digital transformation (20%)
