Charismatic Server & Guest Experience Host (Full Time)

The Story Stack & Dome isn't just another burger joint. We started in Camden, London, and went from zero to the #1 rated burger spot in the area. We are obsessed with quality, visuals, and the details.

Now, we are in Dubai (Jumeirah 3, Beach Walk Hotel) and currently in our Soft Launch phase. We are looking for the face of our brand to join us before the Grand Launch.

Who We Are Looking For (Read Carefully) We are NOT looking for a "quiet" waiter/waitress who just drops food at the table and walks away. We are looking for a Personality.

• You must be confident and charismatic.
• You are not shy. You can hold a conversation with anyone.
• You treat guests like friends coming into your home, not just customers.

The Role: The "Menu Tour Guide" Your job is to take the customer on a journey through our menu.

• Increase ATV (Average Transaction Value): You don't just take orders; you build them. You enthusiastically recommend sides, drinks, and add-ons because you genuinely believe they make the meal better.
• Create the Vibe: You set the energy. If the customer is unsure, you guide them. If they are excited, you match their energy.
• The Details: You ensure the table is spotless, the food looks perfect when it hits the table, and the customer leaves planning their next visit.
• Hotel Standards: Since we are in the Beach Walk Hotel, you will also interact with hotel guests for breakfast and room service, requiring a balance of fun energy and professional polish.

Requirements

• English Fluency: You must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and jokingly with customers.
• Sales Mindset: You understand that a higher bill means a happier customer (because they tried the best stuff) and better business.
• Experience: Previous experience in a busy restaurant where you handled table service.
• Transport: Must have a reliable way to get home after late shifts (if past 1:00 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
