Job Purpose: PRATAPNAGARI, CUTTACK
To manage the complete financial operations of the organisation, including accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring financial discipline and statutory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
2. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.
- Implement internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.
3. Taxation
- Handle GST returns, TDS filing, advance tax, and income tax computations.
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns.
- Liaise with tax authorities for assessments and notices.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct periodic financial performance analysis for management review.
5. MIS & Reporting
- Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.
- Provide analytical insights on profitability, cost centres, and financial trends.
- Support management in financial planning and business strategy.
6. Banking & Treasury
- Handle bank reconciliations and manage fund flow and cash flow.
- Maintain relationships with banks for loans, limits, and other facilities.
- Ensure optimal utilisation of working capital.
7. ERP & Process Improvements
- Oversee accounting operations within ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, DMS).
- Automate and streamline financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax laws.
- Proficiency in Tally / SAP / DMS / MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and team management skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICAI Certified.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years post-qualification experience (preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector).
- Age Group: 25–40 years (flexible as per organisation policy).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
