Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights that support business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare management reports.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, returns, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and liaise with auditors and government authorities.
• Keep updated with new tax amendments and apply them appropriately.

Audit & Internal Control:

• Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements for system efficiency.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in annual budgeting and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct cost analysis and support financial forecasting.

Financial Management:

• Manage accounts payable and receivables cycles.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
• Support senior management in investment and business decisions.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (freshers with strong articleship will also be considered).
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
