Chartered Accountant

Job Title: Chartered AccountantsDepartment: Finance & AccountsLocation: Aundh, PuneReporting To: Finance Head / CFOIndustry: AutomobileJob PurposeTo manage the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely book closures, maintainingcompliance with accounting and tax standards, and supporting strategic financial planning incoordination with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities1. Monthly Accounts Review: Conduct monthly review of books of accounts and ensure accountinghygiene is maintained.2. Monthly Closure Supervision: Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure monthly bookclosures by the 5th of each month.3. Compliance with Accounting Standards: Ensure compliance with applicable accountingpronouncements and standards under the guidance of the Finance Head.4. Quarterly Financials Preparation: Work closely with the Finance Head for preparation andfinalization of quarterly financial statements.5. Statutory Audit Coordination: Interact with statutory auditors on a monthly/quarterly basis andmanage audit-related requirements efficiently.6. Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external consultants for filing direct and indirect tax returns, andensure timely tax compliance.7. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
