Position Overview

We are looking for a presentable, sharp, and detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in end-to-end accounting. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, strong command over accounting software, and the ability to manage financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Manage invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure timely audits and compliance with accounting standards
• Manage petty cash, bank reconciliation, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• 2–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and accounting principles
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Presentable, well-groomed, and sharp in communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Must be comfortable working onsite at NSP, Pitampura

Working Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Mode: Onsite (Mandatory)
• Location: D-Mall, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura.
