Chartered Accountant (CA) – Job Description

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliances, with a strong focus on RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance. The role includes overseeing project-wise accounting, escrow account management, fund utilization tracking, preparation and certification of statutory reports required under RERA, and ensuring timely filings with regulatory authorities.

The CA will also handle GST, TDS, income tax compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, internal audits, and coordination with external auditors and consultants. The position requires ensuring financial transparency, regulatory adherence, and supporting management with accurate financial insights and risk management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
