Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee and manage the financial functions of our service-based business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, managing budgets, and offering strategic financial advice to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure full compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Track actual performance against budgets and report variances.

Internal Controls & Risk Management:

Establish and enforce internal financial controls.

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Strategic Advisory:

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business decision-making.

Conduct financial analysis to support investment, pricing, and cost-efficiency strategies.

Improve profitability through strategic cost and revenue optimization.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Analyze business trends, KPIs, and financial performance.

Support business planning and strategy development with data-driven insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a service-based industry.

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST laws.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Financial management, compliance, and advisory duties, including managing accounts, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring tax compliance, and offering strategic financial consulting to improve profitability and efficiency for our service-based business. Key responsibilities involve internal financial controls, budget management, financial risk assessment, and providing insights to support informed business decisions.
