Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – ERP Product Specialist & Loan/Equity Documentation

Location: Kanjur Marg - Mumbai (Central railway line)

Experience: 2–6 year-

Language: English (mandatory), Gujarati (preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in ERP software (implementation or product management) and hands-on knowledge of loan, equity, and corporate documentation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in Gujarati and capable of working with clients, internal teams, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Product & Implementation

Work with product/tech teams to improve ERP finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, MIS).

Gather client requirements related to finance, taxation, accounting workflows.

Conduct UAT, training, and ERP demonstrations for clients.

Help troubleshoot financial module issues and coordinate with developers for fixes/enhancements.

2. Financial Documentation

Prepare and review loan documentation, including project reports, CMA data, security documents, covenants, and compliance papers.

Prepare equity-related documentation: share subscription agreements, valuation reports coordination, shareholder agreements, cap table management, ROC filings.

Liaise with banks, NBFCs, investors, and consultants.

3. Accounting & Compliance

Ensure correct accounting treatments under IND-UK/US/Companies Act.

Review financial statements, cash flows, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Assist in audits, internal controls, and financial reporting.

4. Client Communication (Gujarati preferred)

Handle Gujarati-speaking clients for ERP implementation, finance discussions, and documentation.

Translate financial requirements and communicate clearly with internal teams.

Key Skills Required

Qualified CA (mandatory).

Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or any custom ERP.

Strong knowledge of loan processing, banking documentation, equity documentation, and corporate compliances.

Excellent understanding of accounting standards & financial analysis.

Preferred Skills

Experience in FinTech or ERP product companies.

Knowledge of company law filings (MCA), taxation, GST, TDS.

Good analytical and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
