Chef

We’re looking for experienced chefs with a background in food truck operations, specializing in burgers and tacos (meat and chicken only), based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality burgers and tacos (meat and chicken).
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Manage stock and supplies efficiently while minimizing waste.
• Follow and promote healthy cooking practices, with an understanding of nutritional balance.
• Support menu development and suggest creative improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food truck, restaurant, or similar kitchen setup.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures (health or food handling certificate preferred).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to support a startup business.

Salary: Around AED 2,500 per month (including laundry, transportation, and accommodation allowance).
