Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations with uncompromising standards.
- Curate innovative menus highlighting premium meats, seafood, and seasonal produce.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all dining experiences.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the culinary team to achieve excellence.
- Ensure cost efficiency, inventory control, and compliance with HACCP and safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to elevate guest experiences and achieve business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine on a luxury 5-star environment or Sous Chef in a fine-dining steakhouse restaurant.
- Exceptional knowledge of international cuisines, premium cuts, and modern culinary techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people-development skills.
