  • Prepare, bake, and finish bakery and pastry items such as breads, croissants, cakes, tarts, mousses, and desserts.
  • Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items under the guidance of the Pastry Chef.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all products.
  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient measurements to achieve desired results.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is completed before service and replenished as needed.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Bakery, or Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bakery or pastry, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, pastry production, and dessert presentation.
  • Creativity and passion for pastry arts.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Must be available in Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
