- Prepare, bake, and finish bakery and pastry items such as breads, croissants, cakes, tarts, mousses, and desserts.
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menu items under the guidance of the Pastry Chef.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all products.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient measurements to achieve desired results.
- Ensure mise-en-place is completed before service and replenished as needed.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Bakery, or Culinary Arts.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bakery or pastry, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, pastry production, and dessert presentation.
- Creativity and passion for pastry arts.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Must be available in Qatar
