Chef (Tandoori / Grill / Mandi / Indian–Pakistani Cuisine) – Ireland

We are hiring an experienced Chef on behalf of our restaurant client in Ireland. If you are passionate about authentic flavours, high-quality presentation, and leading a busy kitchen, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including:
• Tandoori items (naans, kebabs, grills, tikka, etc.)
• Grilled items (BBQ, charcoal, skewers, etc.)
• Mandi and rice-based dishes
• Indian/Pakistani curries, starters, and specials
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation according to restaurant standards.
• Manage kitchen operations during your shift, including food prep, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times (HACCP standards).
• Work closely with the management team to plan menus, specials, and new dishes.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tandoori, Grill, Mandi and Indian/Pakistani cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock control.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in Gulf/UK/Ireland/Europe is an advantage but not essential.
