We are looking for the Chemical Compliance Specialist who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Graduated from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering departments of universities
• Analytical mindset capable of managing regulatory tracking and compliance processes
• Familiar with the basic functioning of regulations such as REACH and KKDIK
• Skilled in conducting Chemical Risk Assessments
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Preferably trained in preparing SDS/MSDS

What will you be doing as the Chemical Compliance Specialist at Adel?

• Monitor, interpret, and report on stationery and toy regulations in Turkey and Europe
• Conduct, interpret, and report product safety analyses for new product developments and innovations based on current regulations
• Collaborate with R&D on up-to-date product safety matters, share data, and provide input on formulations
• Participate in national and international meetings related to product safety and share or gather industry knowledge
• Prepare and update necessary test lists for products and processes
• Join meetings with international customers or laboratories regarding product safety and prepare corresponding reports
• Respond to material information and documentation requests from the supply chain or customers, and update relevant technical documents (SDS, technical data sheets, declarations)
• Ensure regulatory compliance of raw materials purchased for the first time
