Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Teacher to teach students from Class IX to XII (CBSE & SSC Board) and to train aspirants for JEE and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate should possess deep subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make chemistry engaging and easy to understand for students of varying levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to students of Classes IX–XII as per CBSE/SSC syllabus.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, assignments, tests, and study materials for JEE/NEET aspirants.
• Develop innovative teaching methods and use visual aids, experiments, and demonstrations to simplify complex topics.
• Conduct regular doubt-solving and revision sessions to strengthen students’ conceptual understanding.
• Analyze student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic discipline and create a positive, motivating learning environment.
• Keep up to date with latest syllabus changes, exam patterns, and question trends.
• Collaborate with the academic team to design and improve study materials, mock tests, and practice papers.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (or equivalent); B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the school or coaching institute level (JEE/ NEET experience preferred). . Freshers are also invited .
• Strong conceptual clarity and in-depth knowledge of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students to achieve academic excellence.
• Proficiency in using smart boards, digital teaching tools, and online teaching platforms.

Salary:

Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Performance-based incentives available.

Pay: ₹10,585.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
