Job Summary

As a Chief Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectures that align with our strategic goals. Your expertise in Java Spring Framework and other technologies will drive innovation and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure seamless integration and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software architectures that meet business requirements and align with strategic goals.
• Oversee the implementation of Java-based solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of systems.
• Drive the adoption of Spring Boot and Spring Framework for building robust and scalable applications.
• Ensure code quality and reliability through the use of JUnit5 for testing and Maven for project management.
• Utilize YAML and JSON for configuration and data interchange ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Manage version control using GIT ensuring code integrity and collaboration among team members.
• Implement XML for data representation and transformation enhancing data interoperability.
• Leverage Linux for deploying and managing applications ensuring stability and performance.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends incorporating them into architectural strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards safeguarding data and systems.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by driving technological innovation that impacts society positively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Java Spring Framework and related technologies is required.
• Proficiency in Maven JUnit5 and design patterns is essential for success in this role.
• Strong skills in YAML JSON XML and GIT are necessary for effective system integration.
• Experience with Linux is crucial for application deployment and management.
• Domain expertise in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.
• A minimum of 19 years of experience in software architecture and development is required.
