Role Description

ADRA REAL ESTATE is seeking a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join our executive team in Riyadh on a full-time, on-site basis. The CBO will act as the commercial arm of the CEO—responsible for sourcing new projects, closing strategic deals, developing partnerships, and expanding revenue streams. This role focuses exclusively on commercial growth without operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality real estate projects and develop strong relationships with developers, landowners, and investors
• Lead deal negotiations, including commissions, retainers, and revenue-share agreements
• Build and manage strategic partnerships locally and internationally
• Develop new revenue lines such as buyer representation, market intelligence, and sales management services
• Monitor commercial performance, sales metrics, and conversion quality
• Represent ADRA REAL ESTATE in high-level meetings with developers and investors
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Support the CEO on strategic commercial matters while maintaining clear role boundaries
