Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians has reached 10 states to cover 1.5M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover and more.

Reporting manager: This position will report to the Founder & CEO and own our global fundraising to deliver on the impact aspirations of The/Nudge.

Key roles and responsibilities

Understand and stay up to date about all our programs at all times

Own our global fundraising strategy and execution across donor segments, including corporates (CSR), foundations, HNI/UHNIs etc

Build and scale a high performing fundraising team that is aligned with the spirit of The/Nudge

Build a compelling value proposition for each donor segment for all our programs

Build systems, processes and capacity needed for fundraising

Collaborate tightly with other internal stakeholders to drive results

Balance priorities to deliver on short-term goals while building for the long haul

Represent The/Nudge in relevant public forums across the ecosystem

20+ years of total work experience, with a demonstrated track record of having exceeded targets consistently
