We are entering a pivotal growth phase—strengthening our capabilities, expanding our regional footprint, and reinforcing our position as a trusted Tier-1 partner across the UAE and GCC.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead ISG Middle East through its next chapter of strategic growth and operational excellence.

The CEO will work closely with the Chairman and Board, driving the organization’s long-term vision, commercial performance, delivery excellence, and leadership culture.

• Define and drive long-term regional strategy

• Expand into new markets and verticals

• Lead partnerships, joint ventures, and selective acquisitions

🔹 Commercial & Financial Leadership

• Full P&L leadership

• Strengthen financial discipline, forecasting, and reporting

• Lead high-value client negotiations

🔹 Operational Excellence

• Elevate safety, quality, programme, and cost performance

• Implement scalable systems and digital tools

• Strengthen procurement and supply chain resilience

🔹 Leadership & Culture

• Build and empower a high-performing executive team

• Champion accountability, collaboration, and innovation

• Drive Emiratization and talent development

• Senior leadership experience (CEO/MD/Regional Lead) within Tier-1 contracting or major project-delivery organizations

• Strong technical and commercial expertise across construction, fit-out, design-build, or turnkey delivery

• Extensive GCC experience essential

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (MBA preferred)

• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability

• Exceptional stakeholder and board-level communication

• Strong negotiation and commercial judgment

• High emotional intelligence and leadership presence

• Ability to lead transformation and build high-performance teams
